Classic Hand/Feet Treat 35 mins 

Treatment consists of cuticle softening & work with a relaxing soak, followed by a conditioning skin exfoliation treatment.  Blissfully relaxing massage is then carried out & finally a file & polish with top coat completes this super treatment. 

Deluxe Feet Treat 45 mins 

The deluxe treatment is ideal for those hard worked & tired feet needing a bit of TLC to leave them polished & ready for action!

Treatment consists of cuticle softening & work with a relaxing soak, followed by a conditioning skin exfoliation treatment.  Your feet are then taken to seventh heaven in a warming foot wrap to sooth & soft the skin.  Your legs & feet will then be massaged leaving them relaxed & invigorated.  A file & polish with top coat completes this luxury treatment. 

MPS Express Facial 30 mins 

This facial is ideal for all skin types due to the gentle, yet effective nature of the products used & techniques employed.  To begin the skin is liberated from pollutants and impurities with a deep cleanser formulated to balance, nourish & moisturise with anti-ageing and anti-inflammatory properties.  Dead skin cells and impurities are then removed using a Fruit Scrub for a glowing complexion.  This is followed by a refreshingly light, natural gel toner proven to reduce wrinkles by over 7% and increase long-term firming and toning of the skin by doubling the skins natural collagen production.

• To begin your treatment our MPS therapist will have a little personal chat with you to find out about your health and life style, and to ensure there are no contra-indications.   This will allow your therapist to tailor the treatment to your specific needs and will also allow her to build up some useful advice to pass on to you by the end of the treatment.

• You will then relax onto a gorgeous, heated, comfy couch and to allow the heat to release all your tension.  Now you can drift off, letting the ambiance created by the music, candles & low lights, carry you away to that special place.

• Once you are comfortable the treatment can commence.  This treatment consists of two parts, first the Skin is prepared with skin brushing, to warm & detoxify the body. 

• Secondly, we use an Organic Pukka Coconut Oil, that smells delicious, to massage deeply relaxing the whole body.  This treatment is a great one for men & women alike who enjoy a firm massage experience.
