Villa Tanit
This villa is situated in the exclusive private estate of Can Furnet which is 5 minutes drive from Ibiza town and Talamanca beach. The estate is very secure with 24 hour manned security gate and use of private tennis courts and restaurant.  The house is 3 years old, it has 4 double bedroom all with en suites and own terraces. 

The main living area is double height with 6 metre ceilings.  Open plan fully equipped kitchen over looking the infinity pool.  Large terraces with new sun loungers.  Chill out seating area with umbrellas and outside dining for eight people.  In the basement there is a fully equipped gym, steam room and Ameerican pool room. The stylish lounge and dining room, which seats 8 people, is furnished with Fendi furniture and has plasma TV and music system.

CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday check in 2 PM, check out 10 AM

My Personal Sanctuary will send you an email with an enquiry form attached regarding your Ibiza trip, once you have filled in this enquiry form we will send this onto “Icon Concierge” who will contact you with availability on the Villas and once your Villa is booked they will arrange to meet you at the airport and take you to the Villas. You can have a host of services to meet your needs, VIP pick up to and from a club, club entrance or table reservations, dinner reservations, etc please discuss this with Icon Concierge on booking of Villa.

Villas tanit is in can fanet, with private gate urbanization.

Near the Village of Jesus and about 7 mins for ibiza town. The Nearest beach Es stanyol and talamanca.

BEDROOMS: 4 bedrooms all with double bed and en-suite shoer/wet room.  All open to private terrace.

BATHROOMS: Master bedroom has double sinks, large walk in shower and wc.

KITCHEN: Large open plan kitchen with Smeg appliances, dishwasher, double fridge, wine chiller, ice machine, double oven microwave, large hob and modern appliances.

LIVING ROOM: 2 sofas, large cofee table, Fendin dining tabel and seating for 8 people.  50 inch plasma, full Sky package, ipod docking station with Bose system, DVD and CD player.  Opens out onto own decked terrace

GARDEN/TERRACE: A large decked terrace with infinity pool, sunbeds, Barbecue, dining/seating area over looking private woodland gardens.

OTHER: Basement has a fully equipped gym, steam room for 8 and American pool room

TOWELS/LINEN: All included.

AMENITIES/FACILITIES PROVIDED: Barbecue, iron/ironing board, cot.
