Nestled in the heart of the Cotswold Hills, just 40 minutes from Bristol, Swindon and Cheltenham, Kingscote Park is an oasis of beauty and calm set amid 28 acres of unspoilt countryside.

Accomodation

With an environment that is both tranquil and invigorating, Kingscote Park is a wonderful home with stunning views over gardens, woodlands and meadows, and which has been beautifully decorated in an informal and relaxed way � perfect for close family and friends to come together and celebrate special occasions in their lives.
Kingscote Park is an ideal location for getting around and exploring the towns, cities and attractions in the Cotswolds and neighbouring areas.
It's an easy ten minute drive to the Historic town of Tetbury, which has fantastic antiques, furniture, clothing and accessories shops.

Westonbirt Arboretum with its collection of old, rare trees is a wonderful place for a walk at any time of year.

 
If you�re a history buff, there are two fascinating castles within a 30 minute drive of Kingscote: Sudeley Castle in Winchcombe and Berkeley Castle in Berkeley.
Bath and Bristol are well worth a visit, too. Bath is a World Heritage Site, famous for its Roman Baths and Bristol makes a great day out, boasting a floating harbour, and its award-winning zoo and gardens.

The d�cor includes handsome wide corridors, Cotswold stone floors, a graceful stone staircase and beautiful floor-to-ceiling sash windows.  Our warm and comfortable reception rooms are the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Among the most complimented rooms are the gorgeous country kitchen and dining area, which overlooks a walled kitchen garden, and the library/music room, where you can enjoy an eclectic and vast collection of music. For a bit of fun, roll out Geoffrey's jukebox, select your favourite golden oldies and enjoy a trip down memory lane.
 

The Bedrooms
The house can accommodate up to 16 guests in eight stylish bedrooms � 6 doubles and 2 twins. There are three large bathrooms to share.

 
Each bedroom is prepared for your arrival with crisp white sheets, luxurious thick towels, mineral water and freshly cut flowers.

 
All of the main rooms enjoy magnificent views over the parkland.

 
The Parkland
 Explore the meditative gardens, woodlands and meadowland. On your stroll you will come across many surprises - our wishing tree, the stone labyrinth, a walled ornamental herb garden - you may even spot deer, rabbits and pheasant.

Or take a longer walk through the beautiful Lasborough Valley, just a stone�s throw from Kingscote. We will provide maps and wellies as needed.
