The Shooting Lodge, sleeping up to 11, has been finely restored by Rupert Acton to combine every modern day convenience while retaining its original character. Approached by a private track through fields and woodland, the property occupies a secluded position with south-facing terraced lawns and grounds affording stunning views across open parkland towards Wenlock Edge.

The first holiday house restored by Rupert Acton was The Shooting Lodge and he has since added Henley Farmhouse, Henley Cottage and Cronkhill Farmhouse. A further property, The Smithy, will become available in 2010. On its completion, Acton Scott will provide self catering holiday house accommodation for some fifty guests.
