My Personal Sanctuary step by step guide on booking & planning your treatment day

The First Step:
Check Date Availability – Contact Us by clicking here to make your enquiry
The Second Step:
Confirmation of Available Date - This will be sent out to you by email once we have checked our therapist/s availability – A link to our Treatment Form will be included, as well as our Treatment & Pamper Packages lists & your friend’s invitations for the Treatment Day.
To secure your date: please send a small deposit to My Personal Sanctuary - £10 per person.
5 = £50, 10 = £100, 15 = £150, 20 = £200
This is non refundable and can be done via a cheque – please see address below.
The Third Step:
Send Out Friends Invitations - This is the exciting bit! Send invites, which includes links to our Treatment & Pamper Packages lists, to each of your friends.
The Fourth Step:
The Treatment Form – This form was attached to that (second step) email (and is attached above) this is for you to collect the names & treatment decisions of your friends. Once completed please email it to us. Please make sure the treatments total 4 hours, as this is our minimum call out for therapists.

The Fifth Step:
Day Schedule & Balance – A Day Schedule & Balance will be attached to an email, please double check the Day Schedule & that all friends & treatments are in! The remainder of the balance is due payable 4 weeks before the date of the treatment day
Now it is time for you all to relax and let us do all the leg work.

Cancellation of Event:
An event cancellation requires a 72 hour notice in order to receive a refund.
Once your event date has been reserved, we are unable to issue a refund to any individual no shows or cancellations.

Book Your Day Now
My Personal Sanctuary will email you with confirmation on the available date. Once this has been received you will need to pay a deposit in order to secure your date.
Payment of the deposit is non refundable, however this must be received to secure your booking, or the date can be given to another interested guest.
Once your date is secure, My Personal Sanctuary will send you an email with price lists, treatment form and invitations for your guests.
All you need to do is to collect the treatment decisions off your guests and place them on our treatment form with start and finish times and send back to us.
My Personal Sanctuary will design your day and calculate your bill. We then email you a copy of the "Day Schedule" and the "Balance"
The "Balance" is to be paid for 4 weeks before hand please.
At this point it is all very exciting, and you can count down the weeks until your treatment day.
