5 Step Booking Guide

Once you have booked your accommodation or have a location, follow...

Step 1 Invite:  

Contact us with event details such as numbers attending, date & property, then Send below Invitations to your friends & family.  This directs them to our website for treatment choices.

Step 2 Deposit:

To Secure the Date in the Diary of your Therapist(s) a small non-refundable deposit of £10 per guest is required.  If your party is for 5 guests = £50, 10 = £100, 15 = £150, 20 = £200 etc.  Please note that a minimum of 4 hours treatments is required per therapist.

We accept either a Bank Transfer  HSBC, My Personal Sanctuary, Sort Code 40-46-36, Account Number 61458507 or cheque payable to @My Personal Sanctuary' posted to My Personal Sanctuary, Suites 4&5, Rex Buildings, Alderley Road, WILMSLOW Cheshire SK9 1HY

Step 3 Treatment Choices: 

Using the MPS Treatment Collection Form below collect your parties treatment choices & email back to us @ enquiries@mypersonalsanctuary.co.uk 

Step 4 Day Schedule & Invoice:  

We will then take the Reins & Plan your Spa Retreat Day so you can put your feet up and relax!  The Day Schedule (which is a timetable of the treatments) & The Invoice (a bill break down) will be emailed to you.  The Day Schedule will detail all the important things such as timings, contact numbers, property address, therapists details etc.  The Invoice is due 4 weeks before your Spa Retreat Day (payment as above)

Step 5 Relax:  

Sit back and Enjoy your beautiful Treatments!

 

Cancellation of Event:

An event cancellation requires a 72 hour notice in order to receive a refund.

Once your event date has been reserved, we are unable to issue a refund to any individual no shows or cancellations.

Please Note:

We cannot reserve the date until your cheque has cleared. Please allow at least 5 working days or make a bank transfer.
