Once you have booked your accommodation or have a location, follow...
5 Steps To Your Relaxing Treatments:
Step 1 Invite: Fill out & email the attached Invitation to your fellow treatment day guests. They then let you as organiser know their choice(s) & you collect them on the attached "Treatment Collection Form". Email this back to us as soon as possible.
Step 2 Deposit: To Secure the Date in the Diary of your Therapist(s) a small non-refundable deposit of £10 per guest is required. If your party is for 5 guests = £50, 10 = £100, 15 = £150, 20 = £200 etc. Please note that a minimum of 3 hours treatments is required per therapist.
Payment can be made by either:
♥ Bank Transfer
♥ Card Payment
♥ Post a Cheque
Step 3 Treatment Choices: Use the attached “Organic Treatment & Party packages Menus” to select from & collect your decisions on the MPS Treatment Collection Form. Email this back to us @ enquiries@mypersonalsanctuary.co.uk. You may wish to add on our extras at this stage too - personalised robes, cheeky butler, book a cook etc...
Step 4 Day Schedule & Invoice: We will then take the Reins & Plan your Spa Retreat Day so you can put your feet up and relax! Emailed back to you in one document will be:
♥ Day Schedule - A timetable of the treatments, Day Schedule will detail all the important things such as timings, contact numbers, property address, therapists details etc.
♥ The Invoice - Costings break down. The Invoice is due 2 weeks before your Treatment Day (payment as above)
♥ Screening Forms – To be completed prior to treatment by every guest & handed to therapist
Step 5 Relax: Sit back and Enjoy your beautiful Treatments!

Cancellation of Event: An event cancellation requires a 72 hour notice in order to receive a refund.
Once your event date has been reserved, we are unable to issue a refund to any individual no shows or cancellations.
Please Note: We cannot reserve the date until your cheque has cleared. Please allow at least 5 working days or make a bank transfer.
