Summer Super Smooth (60 min) - Organic Body Sugar Scrub & Express Facial £60

Body Exfoliation:  This treatment delivers divinely smooth & silky skin, starting  detoxifying skin brushing to generate blood flow to the skins surface helping to drain away impurities & toxins.  Then a deluxe full body exfoliation, a real treat, this luxurious blend of pure cane sugar crystals, fairly traded Shea Butter, Rosehip, Pomegranate and other precious skin-softening plant oils, cushions your skin while the exfoliating scrub leaves a super soft, healthy glow. 

Body Moisturise: Once your skin has been prepared, allowing moisturiser to penetrate the skin more effectively, a hydrating body lotion is applied with gentle massage motions, unwinding and relaxing you with each movement.  This lotion is filled with powerful antioxidants to rid your skin of impurities, helped with the therapist’s action, your skin will feel firm & elasticated.  With the gentle scent of beautiful aromatic roses you are now ready for a facial treat!

Facial:  This facial is ideal for all skin types due to the gentle, yet effective nature of the products used & techniques employed.  To begin the skin is liberated from pollutants and impurities with a deep cleanser formulated to balance, nourish & moisturise with anti-ageing and anti-inflammatory properties.  Dead skin cells and impurities are then removed using a Fruit Scrub for a glowing complexion.  This is followed by a refreshingly light, natural gel toner proven to reduce wrinkles by over 7% and increase long-term firming and toning of the skin by doubling the skins natural collagen production. 

Facial massage is carried out using rejuvenating oil which helps improve the structure of the skin, resulting in healthy, younger looking skin by slowing down the ageing process. Massage is considered to be one of the oldest forms of healing.

Next, your skin is revitalised by putting back what life takes out with the application of a mask that is bursting with vitamins, minerals and nutrients & contains antioxidants to protect against cell damage.  Calming and soothing to delicate, sensitive skin this is a real pick me up.

• To begin your treatment our MPS therapist will have a little personal chat with you to find out about your health and life style, and to ensure there are no contra-indications.   This will allow your therapist to tailor the treatment to your specific needs and will also allow her to build up some useful advice to pass on to you by the end of the treatment.

• You will then relax onto a gorgeous, heated, comfy couch and to allow the heat to release all your tension.  Now you can drift off, letting the ambiance created by the music, candles & low lights, carry you away to that special place.

• Once you are comfortable the treatment can commence.  The first step in this process of detoxifying and cleansing is to use a skin brush along the nerve pathways radiating away from the spine. The act of the stimulating brisk movements exfoliates the skin and increases blood circulation, resulting in lymphatic removal of waste products.

• Your skin is then prepared using our Product of The Month (see below) Organic Exfoliating Sugar Scrub in circular movements.  The sugar scrub not only contains refreshing rosemary, it also conditions the skin with soothing Shea butter. A hot mitt is used to remove the scrub whilst oozing heat into the back.

• Next the whole back is beautifully cleansed using Organic Nourishing Body Wash.  A small brush glides over the entire back in circular motions helping to really warm the area up.  To complete the cleansing and exfoliating process a hot mitt is used once again to remove any product and to ensure the whole back radiates warmth.

• Organic Orange Blossom Toner is spritzed all over the back area drenching the skin to give it a hydrating drink.

• Your full back, neck, shoulders and scalp will then be massaged for 20 minutes.  My Personal Sanctuary Therapists concentrate fully on your needs, tailoring their technique to suit.  Any particular areas of tension can be worked on and eased away.
  

• A small period of covered relaxation will then be allowed for you to soak up and contemplate the treatment. 
  

• Any residue of Organic Massage Oil will be removed using a clean hot mitt, followed by a Spritz of Organic Orange Blossom Toner.  This will refresh and perk up the skin and further assist with any toxic waste removal.

  Finally a Body Conditioning Lotion is apply to the entire back absorbing quickly and leaving you with beautifully conditioned skin to conclude the treatment....Ahhhhhhhh
